How can I check the status of an order?

How can I change or cancel my order?

To change or cancel, please call 1.800.973.0711. We will attempt to accommodate your request. Special orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours. Items that are already shipped cannot be cancelled, in which case our return policy shall apply.

What is your return policy?

Fourteen days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on furniture, panels, lighting, wall art, mirrors, rugs, and accents. All merchandise must be in new, unused, and disassembled condition with all the original packing material included. Returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

How long does delivery take?

Standard Ground Delivery: Includes delivery to the first threshold (front door, curbside, garage, lobby, or loading dock depending on delivery conditions) and a 4-hour delivery window. Your furniture will be delivered in approximately 5 to 10 business days. Standard Ground Delivery is free. Please allow extra time if the item is an oversized. Please see each product page for estimated delivery time. For example, an entire modern living room furniture set may have a different delivery time than a single bedroom piece. Custom orders may take up to 16 weeks.

White Glove Delivery: Includes light assembly, removal of packaging, and the careful placement of furniture (up to 1 flight of stairs), and debris removal. Your furniture will be delivered in approximately 2 to 3 weeks. All White Glove Delivery furniture orders will be shipped complete. White glove delivery is a $250 one time charge.

Is White Glove Delivery available outside of Bethesda?

We do not offer white glove delivery outside of DC, MD, and NOVA areas.

Do you offer same day delivery?

We do not offer same day delivery.

Can I order online and pick up in the store?

All online orders are shipped free so we do not allow in-store pickup.

Do you offer assembly options?

Assembly (white glove) is only offered within DC, MD and NOVA areas.

My item arrived and it’s damaged, what should I do?

Please email us pictures at info@urbanloft.com of the damage(s) and we will take care of the rest.

Can you help me design my bedroom, living room, or office?

We do offer design services. Whether you need a modern living room furniture set or outdoor patio decor, we are happy to help. Please contact us for more info.

Is the outdoor furniture weatherproof?

Yes, all outdoor furniture is weatherproof.

Do you sell mattresses as well as bed frames?

Yes, our inventory includes mattresses.

Do you sell refurbished or antique furniture?

No, we do not sell refurbished or antique furniture. We sell new, Mid-Century furniture, from a modern living room furniture set to an entirely new bedroom!
